Plans and what they include

Updated 16 October 2026 · 2 min read

Your organisation runs on a plan that PostBuddy assigns. A plan has a monthly fee, a set of limits and a set of features. You see it in Billing.

See your plan and usage

  1. Open Billing. The Overview tab shows your plan name and its fee per month.
  2. Choose the plan to open the details. You see your usage against each limit, for example "3 of 5 Postflows".
LimitWhat it means
PostflowsThe number of active and paused Postflows. Archived ones do not count.
Items this monthThe number of items released in the calendar month. A hard cap stops new items; with overage at list price the extra items go through at the list price.
Webhook endpointsThe number of endpoints you can register.
FontsThe number of fonts you can upload.
StorageThe space for your images and fonts. CSV imports and exports are temporary and do not count.
ProductsThe products you can design and send.

Your plan also sets the maximum number of rows in one CSV import.

Features

FeatureWhat it unlocks
QR trackingTrackable QR codes with a short link and scan counts.
SamplesOrdering a printed sample of a template version.
API accessLive API keys, so your own systems can create real mail. Test keys always work.
Production run scheduleSeeing production runs, cutoffs and the expected delivery date, and choosing a later run for a Postbatch.

When you reach a limit

PostBuddy refuses the action and tells you which limit stops it, for example when you create a Postflow beyond your limit or publish a trackable QR code without QR tracking. Test mode is never limited.

You cannot change your plan in the portal. Contact PostBuddy to move to another plan.

The monthly fee

The fee is posted on the first day of each month. With prepaid billing it is taken from your balance; with invoice billing it appears on your monthly invoice. Organisations in a trial pay no fee. See Read your invoice.
