POST/v1/postbatches/{id}/import/process

Process the import

Materialises the rows of a MAPPED import as items in chunks: validation like a Postflow item, in-file dedupe on the normalised address (duplicates kept as rows for the review), the suppression list, and the counts valid, needsAttention, suppressed, duplicates, processed and total. Poll GET .../import or stream .../import/progress; the Postbatch becomes VALIDATED with postbatch.validated.
